A very helpful adviser checked me in and listened carefully to what I needed. I scheduled an appointment for an oil change, but the night before the appointment we heard a medium loud ticking sound from under the hood. The adviser suggested they could allow some time during my appointment to investigate. They also found a couple recall items that needed to be repaired. I was provided a shuttle ride because the work would take several hours. Shuttle driver was a careful driver and a great conversationalist. All work was completed in less time that estimated and covered under my warranty. Great job in every area.

This place is awesome. After being treated rudely at another GMC dealership in Fort Collins, I came here for service on my Buick. They had it looked at and fixed quickly. The free courier service was not only a lifesaver, but the driver was personable and polite. This will definitely be my go to place from now on.

PABLO & LUIS are great to do business with. I felt a easy working with these 2 gentle men on making my decision on buying a new Outlander. The outlander Sel 2.4 rides great and the features are amazing. Tested out the adaptive cruise control and its unbeleivable. the warranty is awsome. Get your Outlander.

This review is for the service that Ricardo Batista provided to my 2011 Mitsubishi Lancer Ralliart, the dealer in Laurel said that I needed a new engine and I brought it to him with no hopes that the car was going to be repaired. He found the issue within the first week, after the other dealer took my money and 1 month of my time just to declare the car as "DEAD". he fixed everything in a perfect timing and also explained me everything. THANK YOU RICARDO. MY CAR IS BACK ON THE ROAD

I wanted to start off by saying how great my experience was buying a new car from King’s. My sales person Brett Waters was amazing and answered all my questions while never being pushy to get a sale which was extremely appreciated since I wasn’t needing someone to sell me a car I just needed someone to be knowledgeable so I could decide which car would best suit my family. I also want to thank Luis for helping me out too which I was very pleased with the overwhelming amount of teamwork at King’s because you rarely see that at a dealership. The financing portion of the transaction was also an amazing experience because Mike got my husband and I in and out but at the same time took the time to explain everything we were signing which was exactly what we wanted and needed since we had our infant with us when we bought the car. Lastly I would like to thank Conrad for giving us every great deal he could give us for the car which exceeded expectations. I’m extremely happy to now be part of the King Mitsubishi family and look forward to many more years of doing business with them. Overall I trusted my judgement and got everything I needed and wanted which is all I wanted at the end of the day.

Wow, they need to make a separate King Mitsubishi sales and Service Google Page. The service department is amazing. It start at the Top with Kevin the service manager. I run an automotive company myself and Kevin has made my life easy. Which is incredible because I could be easily viewed as a competitor.

Update 8/6/16. I just bought a 2014 Lancer Evolution GSR from Bobby L. He was amazing, his customer service was topnotch. Also had a wonderful time with Dan F. He explained all the financial terms to us and was very helpful in the whole transaction. This is the second car we've bought from this dealership within a few months and we will definitely be back! Keep up the great work Bobby L. & Dan F. Just bought a 2015 Lancer for my dad from Kevin F. & Dan F. The customer service was amazing. Kevin F. did an excellent job taking care of my dad and I. He answered all of our questions and concerns and was very professional. When it came down to do the finances Dan F. definitely took care of us. He took his time and explained all options to us and made sure we had all of our questions answered. We were definitely treated like "KINGS". Thanks again to the staff from King Mitsubishi, I will definitely be back for services on my Lancer Evolution and my dads newly purchased Lancer. I will be sure to recommend you to all friends and family.

Purchased a new car with Alexander and Travis and would definitely recommend them to my friends. I emailed around to the Mitsubishi dealerships in the area and King Mitsubishi was fast and very helpful, some places didn't even respond back! They gave me a great price on the car I wanted and even offered to find one in the area to suit my needs. This was my best car buying experience yet, I live in Virginia and it was definitely worth the drive.
